AMBIS University encourages international mobility of academic and non-academic staff and we are pleased that you have chosen our college for your Erasmus Staff Mobility. It is a great way of establishing new contacts and strengthening our current cooperation. Below you will find an overview of the Erasmus+ possibilities that you can make use of at AMBIS University.
Staff mobility for teaching (STA)
We welcome teachers from areas of security management, business administration, economics, urban management, marketing and many others. A teaching activity has to comprise a minimum of 8 hours of teaching per week (or any shorter period of stay but not less than 2 days).
Staff mobility for training (STT)
Academic and non-academic staff from out partner institutions can support their professional development in the form of training events abroad (excluding conferences) and job shadowing/observation periods/training at a partner HEI, or at another relevant organisation abroad.
Training may take the form of:
• A short secondment period
Training programming could be built around:
• The transfer of knowledge and good practice
• Learning from shared experience
Staff member from the partner institution will contact the Erasmus+ coordinator by email and will discuss a mobility programme. If the mobility is approved by coordinator at Ambis, a complete Mobility agreement with a programme signed by the staff member and Erasmus+ coordinator of sending institution is necessary. Mobility agreement will be sent back signed by the Erasmus+ coordinator at Ambis.
Autumn semester: 15 July
Spring semester: 1 November
Erasmus+ team at Ambis is available to the staff member undergoing the teaching or training assignment as agreed in the mobility agreement. Erasmus+ institutional coordinator is the main point of contact for any incoming staff members.
At the end of mobility upon completion of all the tasks staff member is given a Confirmation of teaching/training period signed by Erasmus+ coordinator at Ambis. If the sending institution requires any other documentation staff member is responsible for providing it in time to the Erasmus+ coordinator at Ambis.
